We’ve spent a lot of time discussing Brazilian Butt Lifts over the years, so we won’t spend a lot of time on it here. Essentially, fat is removed from one area of the body (usually the belly) via liposuction; the fat is then purified and injected into the buttocks.
The end result is a rounder, larger rear end. Best of all, the results look and feel incredibly natural (since it uses your own fat). Now, it will take some time for the fat to “take” to its new home in your rear end, so you’ll have to spend a few weeks staying off your bum (and sleeping on your stomach). This is because, for the first few weeks, the fat is delicate.
Can You Exercise After a Brazilian Butt Lift?
Because the Brazilian Butt Lift uses primarily fat to generate great results, many patients wonder if they can then exercise without putting those results in jeopardy. It’s a good question. After all, exercise is usually employed to minimize or get rid of fat.

If you’re worried about losing all that fat you had put into your rear end, you don’t need to be: most bodies will lose fat proportionately. That means as you exercise, your booty will remain in proportion to the rest of your body.

Get the Booty You Want

Whatever word you use to refer to your rear end, it’s important for many that they feel confident with that part of their bodies.
